Memory refers to a three-stage process where information from our experiences is encoded, stored and retrieve. It seem simple, right? We are not even aware of this process most of the time. Why we remember some details and not others? Try to recall your last good memory? It was easy. However, did you remember what you have for breakfast five days ago?
